My Amazing Life is a collection of tools that can help you in achieving your goals.

The tools provided here are based around 3 simple ideas. 

Firstly, that to achieve the things you desire in life, you need to know what you desire.

Secondly, that once you know what you desire in life, you will almost certainly need to grow your skills, enlist the help of others and develop a positive attitude to help you reach your goals.

Thirdly, that attracting the right people into your life has a lot to do with your attitude.  Your attitude and how you react to events outside of your control is based around your beliefs, which in turn are based around your thoughts.

By letting go of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, you can start to change your attitude towards life.  As your attitude changes, you start to have more self belief, more self confidence, and you see the world in a new way.  Your positive outlook starts to inspire others and the people you need to help you achieve your goals want to be around you.  You can have the amazing life that you desire!

The tools provided within My Amazing Life are:

Defining your life vision - Its important to have a vision about what you want in life, across all the different aspects of your life. Many people go through life without knowing what they really want, but if you dont know what you want its much harder to achieve it! 

Defining some steps towards your life vision - It can sometimes seem difficult to see how you can achieve your life vision. One approach to help with this is to break your vision down into a number of smaller steps that seem more achievable. With this approach, you can begin to develop a path towards your vision, and you get to see the progress you are making as you complete each step. 

Brain Training - One way of changing how you think about something is to repeatedly think an alternative thought until it becomes a habit to think it. This tool provides some example positive statements which we recommend you add your own personalised ones too. Then the key to success is to repeatedly read the statements to yourself each day, until you notice that your default thought response changes. 

A guided relaxation you can listen to - one of the best ways of developing a positive attitude towards life, is to stay relaxed.  When we are in a relaxed state, we can make better judgement calls and stay aligned with our life vision.  We have provided a relaxation exercise that you can listen to, to keep yourself feeling good.

Guided brain training - we have already mentioned the power of changing negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.  To help you achieve this, we have provided a brain training audio session that you can listen to, to help you change your thought patterns.

Guided visualisation - once you have decided on what you want in life, you can use this guided visualisation exercise to help you picture and refine your vision in your mind.  The more you think about and refine your vision, the more real it will start to feel.  If you can see yourself living the life you desire, you start to have greater belief that it is possible.  It can also make you feel good to imagine yourself living your perfect life.
